Tried the free trial and choosing the kitchen body double, i was able to complete the task without disappearing on sidequests! I've recommended adding a couple items to the kitchen tasks in the feedback and also a body double for cleaning out the car. Definitely worth giving a go. Plus they won't rip you off by continuing your subscription when you're no longer using the app. ❤️❤️

This is why the neurospicy community says, "Nothing about us without us." This is a great, healthy way to gently teach and encourage without shame. If you struggle at first-- that's ok! Expected. You have adhd! But they really help in the long term. It's just a matter of starting to use it whenever you can, and eventually, you look forward to it, and it helps my productivity so SO much. I wouldn't even limit it to just adhd.
