Overall works well, used the esim in Spain and Australia with solid data connection, no issues except in super rural areas which is expected. The esim installation is a bit manual and troublesome, but you only have to do it once ever, unlike other competitors. The app wasn't fully stable when I started using it, but they are updating it very often. They have pretty much resolved any issues I faced initially, which gives me confidence that it will only get better! Great value, would recommend!

Jetpac was truly a lifesaver when I was traveling as the physical sim that I bought screwed me over and I couldn't connect at all! Thankfully jetpac was easy to set up and their customer service was super helpful in guiding me in the esim setup
