整體來說，APP的使用目前都順利，沒有遇到以下留言的問題。扣一顆星主要因為不喜歡花了較昂貴的金額買了你們最新產品，結果APP確是subscription制才能解鎖完整功能。我認為PaaS跟SaaS不是無法並存，但在所有公司文宣沒有講有這種“隱藏成本”一定會有消費爭議。

每次要新增我家可愛的貓貓都沒辦法新增，這個設定是拿來擺好看的嗎？我買你們家的飲水機買了三台，用了半就壞！現在買你們家的貓砂機，居然連app都有問題！可以改善嗎！？

更新後不能手動取消餵食計畫設定出糧5g 結果狂出18g 貓砂機直接消失不能控制到底是怎樣有沒有要改善啊？？？？
