Every time I click the app, I get "Network Connection Failure, please make sure your network connection is active ". I get this message only, cannot access the app, even though I use 1) data 2) home WiFi 3) office WiFi 4) public transport WiFi!!!
Have used successfully before but now the app just hangs after I have uploaded a photo. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I suspect the recent update (2.1.3) has broken something.
Since upgrade from V1, all reported cases are lost. No one tell the upgrade part. I reported few cases in V2 for the past few months. All cases lost again after I reinstall the V2 on the same phone. Why same login cannot retain pending cases ? Although the readme of V2 said, they will have update on cases to our email but most of the cases I have experienced ( in particular for FEHD) they are reluctant to update via email. In this cases, updating of 1823 apps will sink all cases into the sea.
